Order Process
The first step is to have a discussion about what you're looking for which can be done on the phone or via email. We can talk about general concepts, the type of bike riding you do and the details of the bike frame specifications.
Then if you'd like to go ahead with a commission you can place an order using the deposit button on our website. This secures your place in the build queue.
Next you need to gather some numbers for the frame drawing so that when your build slot arrives we can be ready to produce your frame drawing. There is a fitting page on our website with diagrams of the key dimensions required or you can send over a Retul fitting report (or similar) and those dimensions can be used to create your drawing. We can recreate or adapt your current riding position and we will send the drawing to you for approval.
Once your drawing has been approved and your build slot arrives we ask for the remaining balance to be paid. We can then take the carbon fibre from the freezer and start fabrication of your custom carbon bike frame. We make all our carbon fibre frames at our workshop in Worcestershire, UK.
Important - Import Duty / Customs Clearance
If you are a customer shopping from outside the UK you may be charged VAT and import duty by your country's customs office when the goods enter your country. The rate of import duty and tax varies from country to country. In most cases, if duty is to be collected it will be collected by the courier company delivering your goods (for example UPS, FedEx or TNT) who will contact you on behalf of your country's customs office to collect any duty due. If you are in any doubt, please contact your country's customs office.
Please note that import duty is totally outside of our control. If you refuse to pay import duty on goods we send to you, the goods will either be returned to us or destroyed, both of which will be at your cost.
